MARKETING STATEMENT

ARMORED SOULS FOUNDATION understands that individual giving accounts for 80% of all nonprofit contributions, with another 9% coming from charitable foundations and only 8% from corporations.  The ARMORED SOULS FOUNDATION will utilize Google Analytics, mobile applications, social media, and mobile marketers to focus its priorities on individuals using; TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and mobile text platforms or devices.

With over $2.5billion dollars being donated to homeless veteran charities annually, we feel that our focus on the induvial contributor first.  Second, we will work with larger Veteran-focused charities and corporations that we feel we can work in accordance with and fill a void where they fall short.

13% of America's homeless populations are military veterans and veterans of color are more than 10x’s as likely to become homeless than other veterans.  ARMORED SOULS FOUNDATION has taken on the mantra that; Instead of giving an empty “THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE”, thank them by joining the ARMORED SOULS Foundation in honoring them one Veteran at a time!

Board Diversity & Inclusion Statement

The Board of Directors of ARMORED SOULS FOUNDATION, Inc. (ASF) is committed to diversity and inclusion (D&I) in all aspects of its leadership and guidance to the organization. This D&I Statement memorializes that commitment.

ASF’s Board of Directors highly values diversity and supports the election and appointment of diverse candidates to the Board. The Board believes that having directors of diverse gender, race, and ethnicity, along with varied skills and experiences, contributes to a balanced and more effective Board – one that is better positioned to address the changing needs of those who ASF serves.

The Board is committed to administering a director election and recruiting process that encourages and promotes consideration of diverse candidates in the nomination and election of directors to the Board. The Board encourages its members to consider diversity when nominating individuals for director positions.
